emphasis on consulting to assist client organizations increase performance and effectiveness levels.
Rob has a record of initiating
issues-driven, company-wide leadership skills programs in three organizations. He
has iexperience in mplementing a Balanced Scorecard, performance management processes, executive coaching, 360° feedback protocols,
assessment centers, process consultation, various personal feedback instruments, and team development.
